It is a distinct exhaust manifold tick tick tick of a single runner leak. It goes away after the car warms up and metals expand. But I know it is still thereunder pressure and affecting performance
If it was divers side I might give up but I honestly think you may be able to jack up the engine maybe 4" to access the manifold bolts on passenger side. I would at least like to try or know the feasability of hitting each bolt with a jointed ratchet or other unique tools...
